Access To Justice Program
Our program works to remove barriers and create an inclusive legal environment where PWDs and their caregivers can exercise their rights and participate fully in society.

What We Do
The program seeks to ensure PWDs and their care givers have access to justice services through legal advice, public interest litigation and legal aid services. The program enhances service delivery to Persons with Disabilities by sensitizing the duty bearers, community leaders and stakeholders on disability protection matters as well as developing pro-bono scheme to enhance access to justice services in the Low and Middle Income Areas.
Through this program, the organization participates in policy review, disability mainstreaming and monitoring, research and regular stakeholder’s meetings within the sector.
