Ms. Bright is a trustee of the Disability Rights Empowerment Trust, holding the position of the treasurer overseeing the financial health of the organization. She has expertise in programs development, project management, Inclusion, disability mainstreaming & compliance, road safety, communication, strategic planning, legislative, policy and media advocacy, Leadership and governance, Capacity building and coaching.

Ms. Bright has over 20 years of working experience and strong managerial skills and knowledge. Currently, she is the Country Advocacy Consultant for Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP), previously served at The Association for Safe International Road Travel-Kenya (ASIRT Kenya) as a consultant, Executive director, ASIRT Kenya, Seconded by the Kenyan Paraplegic Organization to National Spinal Injury hospital as a counselling psychologist and a Board Member of National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).

Other non-executive positions she holds include; The Vice Chairperson of Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) board, board member at the International Road Victims Partnership (IRVP), a partnership of Non-Governmental Organizations from all over the world with 125 members and a member of the Advisory committee at Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM).

Ms. Bright is affiliated to and holds membership at International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Coach - Erickson Coach International Program.

Ms. Bright is a graduate of two degrees from Pan African Christian University thus Master of Art degree in leadership (business and entrepreneurship) and Bachelor of Art degree in Counseling Psychology. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Psychological Counseling - Kenya Institute of Professional Counseling.
